Fried Alligator Fingers

Ingredients
- gator meat
- buttermilk
- flour
- peanut oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Soak the fingers in buttermilk for several hours drain and salt and pepper to taste
- Heat about 1-inch of oil in frying pan Shake the fingers in flour
- Place in frypan in hot oil on medium heat for several minutes turning until all sides are brown
