Fried Carrots And Corn

Ingredients
- 8 oz carrots sliced 12 inch thick
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper chopped
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 17 oz can corn drained
Directions
- Saute carrots onion and green pepper in butter in skillet over medium heat until tender
- Stir in corn
- Cook until heated through
- Yields 4 servings
