Ingredients

  • 8 oz carrots sliced 12 inch thick
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper chopped
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 17 oz can corn drained

Directions

  1. Saute carrots onion and green pepper in butter in skillet over medium heat until tender
  2. Stir in corn
  3. Cook until heated through
  4. Yields 4 servings
