Fried Catfish

Ingredients

• 2 lb catfish
• 12 c flour sifted
• salt and pepper
• 12 c yellow meal
• 3 tsp shortening oil

Directions

1. Mix together flour salt pepper and other seasonings with corn meal
2. Fry in hot oil until brown
