Fried Catfish With Catfish Seasoning

Ingredients

• 1 12 Tbsp salt
• 1 Tbsp red pepper
• 1 Tbsp sweet paprika
• 2 34 tsp garlic powder
• 2 34 tsp black pepper
• 1 12 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp oregano leaves
• 1 tsp thyme leaves
• catfish
• 1 c flour
• 1 12 tsp seasoning mix
• 1 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 14 c brown mustard
• 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp seasoning mix
• 1 12 c flour
• 1 12 c cornmeal

Directions

1. Cut catfish in pieces 2 x 1-inch
2. In first pan put 1 cup flour and 1 12 teaspoons seasoning mix
3. In 2nd pan combine milk eggs and brown mustard
4. In third pan combine 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon seasoning mix with 1 12 cups flour and cornmeal
