Fried Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c milk
- 2 c Italian bread crumbs
- 1 c olive oil
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Break cauliflower into flowerets and boil just until tender Mix beaten eggs with 12 cup milk
- Drain cauliflower and dip in egg mixture
- Roll in bread crumbs until well coated
- Fry in heated olive oil in heavy skillet until golden brown
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
