Fried Corn

Ingredients
- 8 ears fresh corn cut and scraped from cob
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c bacon drippings
- 1 qt water
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp flour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except egg into skillet
- Cook until liquid is nearly all gone
- Stir in beaten egg and stir corn until it is thick
- Serve hot
