Fried Cornbread Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 c cornmeal
• 12 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix above ingredients
2. Stir in enough water to make dough thick
3. Roll into ball with wet hands flatten
4. Fry in grease until golden brown turn over and fry other side
