Fried Dill Pickles

Ingredients

  • sliced dill pickles
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 8 oz milk
  • 1 Tbsp Lea Perrins
  • 5 drops Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 2 c flour

Directions

  1. Mix egg milk Lea Perrins Tabasco and 1 tablespoon of flour
  2. Mix 2 cups of flour salt and pepper in separate bowl
  3. Dip pickles in egg mixture then flour mixture then back in egg mixture and back in the flour
  4. Fry to a golden brown
