Fried Do-Nut Holes

Ingredients

• 1 14 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp melted shortening
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c milk
• 3 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Beats eggs add shortening and sugar and beat well
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir in
3. Drop by spoonfuls into hot grease and fry until brown on all sides
4. Coat hot do-nut holes in cinnamonsugar mixture
5. Dough can be made ahead and refrigerated
