Fried Fish

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb fish fillets
- 18 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 c coarsely ground almonds
- 1 egg plus 2 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- lemon wedges
Directions
- Cut fillets in 4-inch portions
- Season with salt and pepper Mix nuts and cayenne
- Dip fillets in egg and water mix roll in flour
- Fry in butter in skillet or microwave 5 minutes with nut mix sprinkled over fillets
