Fried Ice Cream
Ingredients
- ice cream any flavor
- corn flakes
- canned biscuit or pie pastry
- maple syrup
- nuts
Directions
- Roll a scoop of ice cream any flavor in crushed corn flakes Freeze
- Roll out a canned biscuit or pie pastry and wrap ice cream being careful to seal all edges
- This may be returned to freezer until ready to fry
- Heat oil to 400 and drop ice cream in for 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Drain
- Top with maple syrup and nuts
- Most any kind of ice cream topping will do fine
- Serve at once
