Fried Love Knots
Ingredients
- 34 lb softened butter or margarine
- dash of salt
- 3 c xxxx sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp flavoring
- 2 12 c flour
Directions
- Mix all together into a dough
- Do not overmix
- Roll out dough
- Cut into triangles
- Make a slit in the middle of a triangle and invert to make a knot
- Fry in deep fat
- Fries very quickly
