Fried Mashed Potato Patties
Ingredients
- 1 12 c mashed potatoes
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 14 c flour
- 14 c cooking oil
Directions
- Mash cold potatoes with a fork until soft Add milk Mix well Add egg salt pepper and flour Mix until well blended Shape into patties Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides Yield 4 servings
