Fried Rabbit

Ingredients
- 1 young rabbit cut in serving pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 14 c vinegar
- 1 c flour
- 12 c shortening
Directions
- Soak rabbit overnight in 14 cup vinegar and 1 quart water Rinse and coat with salt pepper and flour
- Place in hot shortening or oil and brown on all sides
- Turn heat down and cook on low heat until tender about 30 minutes
