Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 12 to 2 c rice
- 4 to 6 slices bacon
- 3 eggs
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp oil or bacon grease
- 8 green onions chopped
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Cook rice and set aside
- Fry bacon and crumble
- Beat 3 eggs and add to them 18 teaspoon pepper
- In small amount of bacon grease fry eggs one at a time very thinly
- Chop up fried eggs Put 1 to 2 tablespoons oil or the rest of bacon grease in skillet
- Add rice bacon egg green onion and soy sauce
- Heat through
