Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 c finely shredded meat eg Fri Chik or favorite vegetarian meat
  • 6 green onions thinly sliced
  • 4 c cold cooked rice
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 12 Tbsp sugar
  • dash of salt or McKays chicken style seasoning

Directions

  1. Fry beaten eggs and cut in shreds
  2. Return eggs to frying pan with cut meat and onions
  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes then add rice
  4. Mix soy sauce sugar and oil together
  5. Dribble over rice
