Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 1 c finely shredded meat eg Fri Chik or favorite vegetarian meat
- 6 green onions thinly sliced
- 4 c cold cooked rice
- 3 to 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 12 Tbsp sugar
- dash of salt or McKays chicken style seasoning
Directions
- Fry beaten eggs and cut in shreds
- Return eggs to frying pan with cut meat and onions
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes then add rice
- Mix soy sauce sugar and oil together
- Dribble over rice
