Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon cut in half
- 14 c diced onion
- 1 c cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 14 c water
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
Directions
- Fry bacon until crisp
- Drain and crumble
- Stir-fry onion in bacon drippings for 2 minutes
- Add rice and stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes
- Add soy sauce water and crumbled bacon
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Pur eggs on top of rice mixture
- Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked
