Fried Whitefish(Modern)

Ingredients
- 2 lb. whitefish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- lard
Directions
- Beat eggs.
- Salt fish and dip into eggs.
- Mix flour, cornmeal and bread crumbs for breading.
- Dip fish in breading.
- Fry in hot lard for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
