Friendship Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c brandied fruit
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c pecans optional
- 23 c Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat cake mix eggs pudding and oil together
- Then add fruit and nuts
- Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350 from 40 to 60 minutes
