Frikadeller - Meat Balls

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground round steak
• 12 lb ground pork
• 1 grated onion
• 3 to 4 slices white bread
• 18 tsp pepper
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 12 tsp cloves
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• milk or cream

Directions

1. Grind meat 3 to 4 times
2. Add onion and the bread which has been softened in milk
3. Mix well
4. Add the remainder of the ingredients
5. Add the milk or cream a little at a time
6. Stir well after each addition
