Frontier Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 3 c Bisquick baking mix
- 12 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 12 c milk
- 34 tsp anise extract
- 34 c coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 12 c mixed candied fruit
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Blend baking mix sugar eggs and milk in large mixer bowl on low speed for 12 minute scraping bowl frequently
- Beat 3 minutes on medium speed
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3-inch
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool 10 minutes remove from pan
- Cool thoroughly before serving
