Frosted Banana CookiesGreat For Using Those Last Two Bananas

Ingredients

• 34 c shortening or margarine
• 34 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 2 bananas mashed
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

1. Cream shortening
2. Add sugar and blend
3. Add egg vanilla and bananas
4. Sift flour salt and soda
5. Add to banana mixture and mix well
6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
7. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
8. These cookies brown only on the edges
