Frosted Coffee Punch

Ingredients

• 4 tsp instant coffee
• 2 c hot water
• 1 pt vanilla ice cream
• 1 c finely crushed ice
• 1 c heavy cream
• 1 Tbsp instant coffee
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 13 c rum flavoring

Directions

1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water Pour over ice cream in large punch bowl
2. Add ice and rum flavoring
3. Combine heavy cream 1 tablespoon instant coffee and honey Whip to soft peaks Fold 12 whipped cream mixture into punch
4. Top with remaining half
