Frosted Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c solid pack pumpkin
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp ginger
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Mix together first 4 ingredients
- Add remaining ingredients Mix all ingredients and drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- Cool and frost
