FrostiesRum Balls
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz box vanilla wafers crushed
- 13 c white corn syrup
- 12 c nuts finely chopped
- 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 c sifted powdered sugar
- 23 c strong hot coffee
- 2 tsp rum flavoring
- 1 c powdered sugar
Directions
- Melt the chocolate chips
- Combine the melted chips corn syrup coffee and rum flavoring
- Add the wafers nuts and 6 cups of powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture
- Form into balls Roll into remaining powdered sugar
- Refrigerate
