Frosty Crinkles
Ingredients
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 23 c sugar
- 1 c dark seedless raisins chopped
- 12 c California walnuts chopped
- 12 c butter or margarine softened
- 13 c milk
- 2 sq unsweetened chocolate melted
- 2 tsp double-acting baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- confectioners sugar
Directions
- Into large bowl measure all ingredients except confectioners sugar
- With mixer at medium speed beat ingredients until well mixed occasionally scraping bowl
- Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm
- To bake preheat oven to 350
- Grease cookie sheet
- Sprinkle confectioners sugar until heavily coated place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes
- With pancake turner remove cookies to racks cool
- Makes about 3 dozen cookies
