Frosty Lemon SupremeHealthful Eating
Ingredients
- 12 c crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 2 egg whites
- 13 c very cold water
- 13 c nonfat dry milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 14 c fresh lemon juice
- 14 c granulated sugar
Directions
- Line a 9-inch pie plate with 14 cup of the graham cracker crumbs
- Beat egg whites water and milk to stiff peaks
- Add egg yolks lemon zest and lemon juice beat 1 minute gradually adding sugar
- Spoon into pie plate
- Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top Freeze at least 2 hours
