Frozen Chocolate Sundae
Ingredients
- 1 lb crushed butter cookies
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 12 lb marshmallows
- 1 lb vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips and marshmallows in evaporated milk on medium heat
- Layer crushed cookies in a flat 9 x 13-inch dish with softened ice cream on top of that
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the top of ice cream sprinkle more cookie bits on top of chocolate mixture and freeze
- When set cut and serve
