Frozen Cookie

Ingredients

• 2 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 12 c butter
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Sift together flour soda cream of tartar and salt
2. Cream brown sugar and butter add eggs and vanilla
3. Add to flour mixture
4. Make an oblong loaf of this mixture wrap it in wax paper and freeze
5. Then cut it thin and bake 10-12 minutes until brown at 350
