Frozen Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand milk
- 14 c lemon juice
- 1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 9 oz container frozen whipped topping
Directions
- Combine milk and lemon juice in a large bowl
- Stir in cranberry sauce pineapple and nuts fold in whipped topping Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Freeze until firm
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting
- Return leftovers to freezer
