Frozen Fruit Medley
Ingredients
- 17 oz can apricots
- 1 c liquid from apricots and pineapple
- 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 12 c sugar
- 2 16 oz pkg frozen strawberries partially thawed and broken up
- 3 bananas diced
Directions
- Drain apricots and pineapple reserving 1 cup of the combined liquid
- Combine the liquid with the apricots pineapple and remaining ingredients
- Spoon into cupcake papers put in muffin tins
- Freeze until solid then package cups in freezer bags Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving to partially thaw
- Makes 30 servings
