Frozen Fruit Sundae

Ingredients

• 2 12 c fruit cocktail No 2 can
• 15 vanilla wafers
• 1 pt vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Place sieve over bowl
2. Pour fruit cocktail into sieve drain juice into bowl
3. Put cookies in plastic bag roll with rolling pin until crumbs are formed
4. Spread ice cream evenly in cake pan Place fruit on top
5. Sprinkle evenly with cookie crumbs
6. Let freeze about 1 hour and serve
