Frozen Mocha Torte

Ingredients

• 1 14 c chocolate wafer crumbs about 24 wafers divided
• 14 c sugar
• 14 c butter or margarine melted
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 23 c chocolate syrup
• 2 Tbsp instant coffee granules
• 1 Tbsp hot water
• 1 c whipping cream whipped
• chocolate-covered coffee beans optional

Directions

1. Combine 1 cup wafer crumbs sugar and butter Press onto the bottom and 1-inch up the sides of a greased 9-inch spring-form pan Set aside
