Frozen Orange Dessert
Ingredients
- 60 round buttery crackers crushed about 3 c
- 12 c butter melted
- 14 c sugar
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate thawed and undiluted
- 1 8 oz frozen whipped topping thawed
- 2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges drained
Directions
- Combine the first 3 ingredients Set aside 34 cup
- Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish Set aside
- Combine condensed milk and orange juice concentrate Fold in whipped topping and oranges
- Spoon mixture over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture Cover and freeze until firm Makes 12 servings
