Frozen Pea Salad - Layered
Ingredients
- 12 head of lettuce broken into bits
- 1 c diced celery
- 12 c diced purple onion about 2 slices
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
- 4 hard-boiled eggs sliced
- 1 pkg frozen English peas
- 1 c grated cheese
Directions
- Put all ingredients in large bowl in layers as listed
- Spread over this 2 cups mayonnaise mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar seal edges as you spread
- Cover with airtight seal I use Tupperware
