Frozen Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c chocolate cookies or Oreo cookies
- 14 c melted butter
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream
- 12 c peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 12 c chopped cashew nuts
- chocolate fudge sauce

- Make 9-inch crust with chocolate or Oreo cookies made into crumbs and melted butter
