Frozen Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 4 c all-purpose flour
- 1 34 c shortening
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 12 c water
Directions
- Mix together the first four ingredients with fork or pastry blender until thoroughly mixed
- In a small bowl beat remaining ingredients
- Combine the two mixtures stirring with a fork until all is moist
- With your hands mold into balls
- Chill at least 15 minutes before using
- Dough can be kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days or wrapped tightly in Saran Wrap and frozen until ready to use
- Makes four crusts
