Frozen Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 4 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 34 c shortening
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 12 c water

Directions

  1. Mix together the first four ingredients with fork or pastry blender until thoroughly mixed
  2. In a small bowl beat remaining ingredients
  3. Combine the two mixtures stirring with a fork until all is moist
  4. With your hands mold into balls
  5. Chill at least 15 minutes before using
  6. Dough can be kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days or wrapped tightly in Saran Wrap and frozen until ready to use
  7. Makes four crusts
