Frozen Pink Salad

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz cream cheese
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 12 c sugar
• 4 c miniature marshmallows
• 1 c pecans chopped
• 1 can fruit cocktail drained
• 1 pint whipping cream whipped well
• red food color

Directions

1. Thoroughly mix cream cheese mayonnaise and sugar together Add marshmallows pecans and fruit cocktail
2. Add desired amount of red food color to the whipped cream
3. Fold in colored whipped cream
4. Freeze in thin layer in serving dish
5. Cut into small squares before serving
6. Serve frozen or only partially thawed This was served on a restaurant buffet on Sundays
