Frozen Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

Ingredients
- 34 canned pumpkin solid packed
- 34 c sugar
- 2 c Cool Whip
- 34 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 14 tsp mace
- salt to taste
- 3 Tbsp sherry optional
- vanilla ice cream
- graham cracker crust
Directions
- Mix pumpkin sugar and spices
- Stir in sherry and stir in Cool Whip
- Spread 14-inch thick layer of ice cream on pie crust
- Add pumpkin mixture
- Freeze
