Frozen Pumpkin Parfait Squares
Ingredients
- 1 12 c graham cracker crumbs
- 14 c sugar
- 14 c melted butter
- 1 12 c pumpkin
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp ginger
- 18 tsp cloves
- 1 qt softened vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream
- pecans
Directions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs sugar and melted butter press into bottom of 9-inch square pan
- Combine pumpkin brown sugar salt cinnamon ginger and cloves
- Mix well
- Soften vanilla ice cream and fold into pumpkin mixture
- Pour into crumb-lined pan cover and freeze until firm
- Cut in squares
- Top with whipped cream and pecans
