Frozen Pumpkin Parfait Squares

Ingredients

• 1 12 c graham cracker crumbs
• 14 c sugar
• 14 c melted butter
• 1 12 c pumpkin
• 12 c brown sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp ginger
• 18 tsp cloves
• 1 qt softened vanilla ice cream
• whipped cream
• pecans

Directions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs sugar and melted butter press into bottom of 9-inch square pan
2. Combine pumpkin brown sugar salt cinnamon ginger and cloves
3. Mix well
4. Soften vanilla ice cream and fold into pumpkin mixture
5. Pour into crumb-lined pan cover and freeze until firm
6. Cut in squares
7. Top with whipped cream and pecans
