Frozen Salad

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese I use light
• 1 16 oz pkg Cool Whip I use light
• about 2 c miniature marshmallows
• 1 can crushed pineapple drained
• 12 c maraschino cherries drained and halved
• 1 can apricots drained and quartered
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Mix softened cream cheese and marshmallows
2. Let is sit about 1 hour
3. Add fruits and nuts
4. Mix
5. Add Cool Whip and mix
6. I freeze it in muffin tins with cupcake papers or spray with Pam When frozen keep in airtight bag in freezer
