Frozen Sherbet Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 large boxes vanilla wafers
• 12 gal orange sherbet softened
• 1 large container Cool Whip
• 2 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Reserve 14 cup nuts
2. Crunch up cookies mix in the Cool Whip and nuts
3. Place 12 of the cookie mixture in the bottom of a spring-form pan
4. Place the softened sherbet in the pan press until it is even
5. Refreeze until firm
6. Place the remaining cookie mixture sprinkle with remaining nuts
7. Freeze until you are ready to serve
