Frozen Sherbet Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 large boxes vanilla wafers
- 12 gal orange sherbet softened
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 2 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Reserve 14 cup nuts
- Crunch up cookies mix in the Cool Whip and nuts
- Place 12 of the cookie mixture in the bottom of a spring-form pan
- Place the softened sherbet in the pan press until it is even
- Refreeze until firm
- Place the remaining cookie mixture sprinkle with remaining nuts
- Freeze until you are ready to serve
