Frozen Sour Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• 2 c dairy sour cream
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 34 c sugar
• dash of salt
• 14 to 12 c cherries pitted and chopped
• 14 to 12 c chopped walnuts or pecans
• 1 large banana diced
• 34 c crushed pineapple drained

Directions

1. Mix together sour cream lemon juice sugar and salt
2. Add cherries nuts banana and drained pineapple
3. Pour into 24 cupcake paper liners that have been placed in muffin tins Freeze
