Frozen Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg miniature marshmallows
• 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 c fresh sliced oranges cut bite size
• 2 c fresh sliced strawberries
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 c whipping cream whipped

Directions

1. Drain juice from oranges and strawberries
2. Heat juice and melt marshmallows slowly in juice
3. Soften cream cheese with a small amount of mayonnaise and add to hot marshmallow mixture Cool
4. Add fruits and remaining mayonnaise
5. Fold in whipped cream
6. Freeze in shallow pan
7. Serves 12
