Frozen Strawberry Yummy
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 12 c butter or margarine softened
- 14 c brown sugar
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 c sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries partially thawed
- 12 oz Cool Whip
Directions
- Cut first 3 ingredients as for a crust
- Add nuts
- Spread out crumbs onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
- Spread a little more than half of the crumbs into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan
