Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 2 qt pecans
- 1 lb prunes
- 1 lb dates
- 1 lb raisins
- 1 lb candied pineapple
- 2 lb candied cherries
- 1 lb minced meat
- 1 lb fruit cake mix
- 1 lb butter
- 12 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 4 c flour
Directions
- Cut and mix fruit add nuts and 2 cups flour mix well Separate

- beat
- whites and yolks well
- Mix butter sugar

- Mix 2 cups of flour into

- mixture and fruit mixture together and mix well
- Pour in greased pan and bake at 250 for 3 hours
