Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 2 qt pecans
• 1 lb prunes
• 1 lb dates
• 1 lb raisins
• 1 lb candied pineapple
• 2 lb candied cherries
• 1 lb minced meat
• 1 lb fruit cake mix
• 1 lb butter
• 12 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 4 c flour

Directions

1. Cut and mix fruit add nuts and 2 cups flour mix well Separate

5. whites and yolks well
6. Mix butter sugar

10. Mix 2 cups of flour into

14. mixture and fruit mixture together and mix well
15. Pour in greased pan and bake at 250 for 3 hours
