Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
- 14 lb butter
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 c milk
- 1 qt canned fruit
- 1 c water
- 12 c sugar
Directions
- Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish Combine flour sugar baking powder and milk
- Pour into pan Drain fruit and combine with water and sugar
- Carefully pour into pan
- Bake in a 375 oven for about 1 hour
- When done batter will have risen to the top and should be a beautiful brown
