Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
- fresh or frozen fruit approximately 1 qt
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c water
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 stick margarine
Directions
- Place fruit on bottom of glass Pyrex dish
- Sprinkle with water and 12 cup sugar
- Mix flour and 1 cup sugar in bowl Cut egg into dry ingredients until like coarse crumbs
- Sprinkle over fruit
- Melt margarine and pour over
- Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes until topping is brown
