Fruit Cocktail Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1 c white sugar
• 2 c fruit cocktail drained
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 4 c flour
• 1 c brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Optional 1 tsp cinnamon raisins or coconut

Directions

1. Cream shortening sugars and eggs together
2. Add vanilla stir
3. Add dry ingredients and mix well
