Fruit Compote

Ingredients
- 34 c Karo light corn syrup
- 12 c orange juice
- 2 Tbsp very thin lemon rind strips
- 14 c lemon juice
- 8 c mixed fresh fruit
Directions
- Blend corn syrup orange juice lemon rind and juice in large bowl
- Add fruit toss to coat well
- Refrigerate covered for several hours
