Fruit Cookie Pie

Ingredients

• 34 c oleo softened
• 12 c white sugar
• 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 18 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 to 2 c prepared vanilla pudding
• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 34 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp white sugar
• 1 12 c each sliced kiwi sliced strawberries mandarin orange sections and raspberries you may use any fruit of your choice

Directions

1. In a medium bowl beat together butter and sugars until light and creamy
2. Add egg and vanilla
3. Beat well
