Fruit Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 medium size can crushed pineapple
• 2 12 c cold water
• 1 c sugar
• 4 Tbsp Minute tapioca
• 1 Tbsp cherry or strawberry jello
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan
2. Slowly bring to a boil stirring occasionally
3. Boil a few minutes
4. Whip 1 cup heavy cream add sugar and vanilla to taste
5. Fold into tapioca mixture Cool Whip can be added instead of cream
