Fruit Jam

Ingredients
- 12 tsp lemon juice
- 12 to 1 tsp fructose or sugar substitute
- 34 to 1 c fresh fruit cubed
- 18 to 14 c apple juice the amount used depends on sweetness of fruit
- 1 to 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
Directions
- Put everything except the gelatin into a pan and cook over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes stirring every so often Now sample a little to see if it needs more sweetener Sprinkle the gelatin ever the mixture and stir until completely dissolved
